SEOUL, June 26 (Reuters) - The following is a summary of major South Korean newspapers on Friday, prepared by Reuters in Seoul. Reuters has not checked the stories and does not guarantee their accuracy.

CHOSUN ILBO

A North Korean official who visited China said that most North Koreans are not familiar with Kim Jung-un, Kim Jong-il's third son who is expected to take the reins of power.

MAEIL BUSINESS NEWSPAPER

South Korea's department store chain Shinsegae (004170.KS) said its latest shopping mall, Centum City, located in a southern port city of Busan, was newly declared the biggest shopping complex by the Guinness World Records.

By renewing the joint investment and logo contract between Renault (RENA.PA) and Samsung Group for another 10 years on Thursday, Renault Samsung Motors will keep "Samsung" in its brand name until 2020.
