Seoul shares gain; Samsung SDI, Hite advance
SEOUL, June 19 (Reuters) - Seoul shares ended higher on Friday after volatile trade, with Samsung SDI (006400.KS) rallying on auto battery business hopes and Hite Holdings (000140.KS) gaining on news it would sell a stake in Jinro.
The Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) finished up 0.55 percent at 1,383.34 points.
