Singapore's ST Engineering to issue $500 mln in notes

SINGAPORE, July 10 (Reuters) - Singapore Technologies Engineering (STEG.SI) said on Friday it will, through a wholly-owned unit, issue $500 million worth of notes that will mature in 2019.

The notes, which carry a coupon of 4.8 percent, come under its $1.2 billion Multicurrency Medium Term Note Programme that was set up earlier this month.

ST Engineering is a unit of Singapore state investor Temasek Holdings [TEM.UL] (Reporting by Kevin Lim; Editing by Alex Richardson)
