May 11 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by 2000 GMT on Monday.

** Two to three interested parties remain among those eyeing General Motors' GM.N Swedish carmaker Saab, local news agency TT reported.

** Canadian fertilizer maker Agrium Inc (AGU.TO) raised its offer for U.S. rival CF Industries (CF.N) to about $4.18 billion, after CF spurned Agrium's two earlier proposals. [ID:nN11504828]
** American International Group Inc (AIG.N) agreed to sell a prized Tokyo property to Nippon Life Insurance Co, Japan's largest life insurer, for $1.2 billion, in one of its largest asset sales since a September rescue. [ID:nN11524886]
** A consortium of 11 banks and interdealer broker ICAP (IAP.L) has bid 813 million euros ($1.07 billion) for LCH.Clearnet, Europe's top independent clearing house, a source close to the consortium said. [ID:nWLA3761]
