ANA says to raise up to $1.53 bln in share sale

TOKYO, July 13 (Reuters) - All Nippon Airways (9202.T) said it plans to raise up to 141.7 billion yen ($1.53 billion) through a planned public share offering to shore up its battered finances.

ANA announced the share sale on July 1, looking to increase investment to tap an expected rise in passenger demand with the expansion of Tokyo's Hanada airport next year. [ID:nT105398] (Reporting by Mariko Katsumura)
