Japan's NTT to take over Germany's Integralis
TOKYO, June 30 (Reuters) - A unit of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corp (9432.T), Japan's largest phone company, said it would buy German IT security services provider Integralis (AAGGn.DE) for about 75 million euros ($106 million) in cash.
NTT Communications Corp said it would pay 6.75 euros for each Integralis share, a 35 percent premium to its closing price on Monday. (Reporting by Nathan Layne)
