Orix sets share price for $940 mln offering

TOKYO, July 13 (Reuters) - Japanese financial services conglomerate Orix Corp (8591.T) said it would sell 86.9 billion yen ($940 million) worth of shares in a previously announced public offering to fund investments and cut debt.

Orix said it would issue 18 million shares at 4,830 yen each, or a 3 percent discount to Monday's closing price of 4,980 yen.

Orix had announced plans to issue stock earlier this month but had not set the per share price. [ID:nT226132]
