Zimbabwe ends ban on NGO's

HARARE (Reuters) - Zimbabwe's government has lifted a ban on NGO's involved in providing food aid and humanitarian assistance, state radio reported on Friday.

"The government has announced the lifting, with immediate effect, of a ban on all field operations in the areas of humanitarian work, food aid, support for the elderly and disabled," it said.
