ThyssenKrupp boosts some prices 25 eur/tonne-source

DUESSELDORF, Germany, July 1 (Reuters) - ThyssenKrupp (TKAG.DE) raised prices on quarterly steel contracts by an average of 25 euros ($35.18) per tonne, a person close to the situation said on Wednesday.

Price hikes for annual contracts with customers in the automotive sector varied depending on steel quality, the source added.

The company had earlier said it pushed through steel price increases as of July 1 but gave no details.
