Arden Partners says bid talks over

LONDON, Sept 24 (Reuters) - British stockbroker Arden Partners (ARDN.L) said talks with an unnamed potential acquirer have ended.

The company, which first announced it had received a takeover approach in May, also said it expects revenue for the year to Oct 31 to fall, blaming a "deterioration in market conditions". (Reporting by Myles Neligan; editing by Sue Thomas)
