NZ's AMP Office Trust says to deliver higher returns

WELLINGTON, Feb 5 (Reuters) - Commercial Property investor AMP New Zealand Office Trust (APT.NZ) said on Thursday it was on track to deliver higher distributions to investors in the year to June 2009.

ANZO said its interim distribution for the three months to December was 1.824 cents per unit, which should result in a higher full year distribution.

The company said operating profit after tax for the six months to December rose 1.8 percent to NZ$27.1 million ($14 million).

Shares in ANZO closed on Wednesday at NZ$0.92, having ranged between NZ$0.91 and NZ$1.28 over the past year. ($1=NZ$1.97)
