TEXT-NZ's Vector says considering NZ$150 mln bond offer

(The following statement was released by the company)

WELLINGTON, March 23 - Vector Limited ("Vector") wishes to inform the market that it is considering making a public offer of up to $150 million of five year senior bonds.

No money is currently being sought by Vector and no applications for the senior bonds will be accepted or money received unless the subscriber has received an investment statement.

Vector will provide a further update to the market when more details are available.
