BRIEF-Moody's comments on Citigroup repaying TARP

Dec 14 (Reuters) - Citigroup:

Moody's stated Citigroup Inc. repayment of TARP and the termination of Citigroup's loss-sharing agreement with the U.S. government had no immediate rating implication.
