* Syms Corp (SYMS.O) and Vornado Realty Trust (VNO.N) win auction for Filene's Basement with $62.4 mln bid - restructuring adviser

* Syms and Vornado bid includes 23 leases, distribution center, inventory, trade name - restructuring adviser

* Syms and Vornado beat bid by Men's Wearhouse Inc (MW.N) and Crown for $64.9 million - restructuring adviser

* Syms and Vornado winning bid takes on more leases than Men's Wearhouse crown bid-restructuring adviser
