Kopin posts Q3 preliminary net loss

Nov 27 (Reuters) - Kopin Corp (KOPN.O) posted preliminary results for the third quarter and said it expects to achieve the upper end of its previously announced revenue range for fiscal 2007. The maker of ultra-small liquid crystal displays posted a third-quarter net loss of about $772,000, before the impact of any adjustments resulting from its stock-option review, on revenue of $29.2 million.

Kopin, which had forecast revenue of $90 million to $95 million for fiscal 2007, said it has not finished the review of its stock-option practices. (Reporting by Esha Dey in Bangalore; Editing by Himani Sarkar)
