Sept 25 (Reuters) - Advanced Analogic Technologies Inc (AATI.O) said it had obtained a favorable ruling on its charge pump and switching regulator product lines in an investigation before the U.S. International Trade Commission.

In its final determination, the ITC left unchanged its earlier view that Advanced Analogic's charge pumps do not infringe the claims of Linear Technology Corp (LLTC.O), the chipmaker said in a statement.

Following the ruling, Advanced Analogic's lawsuit against Linear in a U.S. federal court for business interference, trade libel, patent misuse, and unfair business practices is expected to move forward as previously planned. (Reporting by Bhaswati Mukhopadhyay in Bangalore)
