Bioanalytical Systems says to take severance charge in Q4

Oct 3 (Reuters) - Bioanalytical Systems Inc (BASI.O) said it will record a pre-tax charge of about $400,000 in the fourth quarter related to the severance agreements for two departing officers. (Reporting by Supantha Mukherjee in Bangalore)
