Nabi Biopharmaceuticals to explore strategic options

Jan 22 (Reuters) - Nabi Biopharmaceuticals (NABI.O) said its board authorized the exploration of strategic options, which will focus on a sale or merger of the company. The drugmaker has engaged Banc of America Securities LLC as financial advisor for the strategic alternatives process. (Reporting by Sreerupa Mitra in Bangalore; Editing by Pratish Narayanan)
