Anheuser-Busch board makes no response to InBev bid

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Anheuser-Busch Cos Inc (BUD.N) said its board of directors met on Friday to discuss the unsolicited takeover bid from Belgian-Brazilian brewer InBev NV INTB.BR but that no response was made.

The board will continue to review and consider the proposal, it said.
