路透东京4月30日电---马自达(7261.T)周四称,将付出4,950万元人民币(合726万美元),增持一家中国销售公司的股权至40%,以从回报颇丰的中国业务中分取更多利润.其原先持股比例为25%.
马自达在声明中称,是次增持一汽马自达汽车销售有限公司股权,是透过第三方增资持股实现的.最终,中国第一汽车集团及其下属一汽轿车(000800.SZ)的联合持股比例,从75%下降到了60%.
马自达谋求提高持股比例已经至少有一年时间,一直在等待政府的许可.
一汽马自达汽车销售有限公司是马自达在中国的两家销售公司之一,主要经销马自达6、马自达5、马自达3五门版、以及RX-8系列车型.另一家销售公司则是和长安汽车(000625.SZ)及福特汽车(F.N)联合设立.(完)
