VIENNA, Va.--(Business Wire)--
NJVC, one of the largest information technology solutions providers to the U.S.
Department of Defense, announced that Chris Andersen has been promoted to chief
financial officer from his current position of vice president of finance for the
company.

"NJVC is thrilled to welcome Chris to its senior management team," said Jody
Tedesco, NJVC president and general manager. "Chris possesses the right mix of
outstanding financial and leadership skills, which will enable him to help
ensure the company`s future fiscal responsibility and oversight and allocate
resources appropriately to meet the needs of NJVC`s customers."

As chief financial officer, Andersen is the chief financial strategist for NJVC.
He is also responsible for overseeing financial management of the company,
including the functions of accounting, budgeting and forecasting, cash
management, financial risk, long-term planning, program control, performance
metrics, and strategic pricing.

Andersen has 22 years of professional experience, including 18 years of
financial and analytical experience -14 years in a government contracting
environment. He joined NJVC in 2009 as vice president of finance, and managed
the day-to-day activities of the 20-plus-member finance and accounting team,
which included preparing financial statements, program financial reporting and
analysis, corporate and program budgeting and forecasting, program control, and
proposal pricing.

Andersen was previously a controller with BearingPoint in McLean, Va. During his

company to become current with SEC filings, and addressed and resolved many of
BearingPoint`s complex accounting and business issues. Prior to BearingPoint,
Andersen was with Science Applications International Corporation where he held
various senior financial positions, including vice president and business unit
controller. During his time there, Andersen led acquisitions and the integration
of an acquisition and divestitures, and turned around a business unit with a
poor audit record.

Andersen earned a bachelor`s degree in business management from Park College in
Parkville, Mo., and a master`s of business administration from Averett College
in Danville, Va. He is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.
