REG-Fidelity European: Total Voting Rights

Voting Rights and Capital as at 31 October 2009

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR5.6.

During the month of October 2009 Fidelity European Values PLC repurchased
192,366 of its own shares.

As at 31 October 2009 Fidelity European Values PLC's issued share capital
consists of 51,954,132 ordinary shares with voting rights. Fidelity European
Values PLC holds no shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity European Values PLC is
51,954,132.

The above figure (51,954,132) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Fidelity European
Values PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
