Embedded Silicon Leader Marks 20th Annual ESC with More Than a
Dozen Product and Technology Demonstrations and 15 Workshop Sessions
AUSTIN, Texas--(Business Wire)--
Freescale Semiconductor is showcasing an array of advanced
embedded processors and platforms for the developer community at the
20th annual Embedded Systems Conference (ESC) Silicon Valley. ESC will
be held April 14-18, 2008, at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center.
The embedded silicon leader's booth exhibits at ESC will feature
semiconductor products, reference platforms and ecosystem tools
designed to help developers work smarter and faster in creating
next-generation embedded systems. Freescale's live demonstrations and
technical sessions will explore the latest advances in multicore
technology, low-power processing, enterprise networking and security,
personal medical products, mobile multimedia and entertainment,
industrial control and more.

Architecture(TM) technology, optimized for a wide range of
consumer and industrial applications running on Linux(R) OS
-- An IP camera reference design based on the i.MX27 multimedia
applications processor to address the growing video
surveillance market as IP network cameras transition from
analog to digital
