                  Re:      Change to Investment Advisory Fees



The Board of Directors of the Fund wishes to announce that with effect from the
1st of July 2007 the Fund agreed to pay Discovery Capital Management, LLC (the "
Investment Advisor") an annualised fee of USD165,000 per annum. This fee was
previously USD$50,00 per annum.
