Analog Devices Announces Upcoming Investor Events

NORWOOD, Mass.--(Business Wire)--
Analog Devices, Inc. (NYSE: ADI), a global leader in high
performance semiconductors for signal processing applications,
announced today its second quarter fiscal year 2008 financial earnings
release schedule, as well as its intention to participate in several
upcoming investor conferences.

   ADI plans to release financial results for the second quarter of
fiscal 2008, which ended May 3, 2008, as well as host a conference
call with management, on Tuesday, May 20, 2008.

   The company plans to release the information via Business Wire at
approximately 4:00pm ET and host a conference call at 5:00pm ET. Both
the release and live webcast of the conference call may be accessed on
the homepage of ADI's website, www.analog.com, or by clicking on
"Investor Relations." A replay will also be available for one week,
following the conference call, on the Analog Devices Investor
Relations website.
