Astadia Announces Integration of Global Operations of Theikos

Combination expands global delivery model and development capabilities

ATLANTA, March 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Astadia, Inc., a global business
consulting and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions company, announces the
merger of Theikos, Inc., a leading global developer and implementer of
business technology solutions for the on-demand world into Astadia's global
operations.
    SaaS solutions allow businesses to use highly reliable and scalable
solutions without the need to purchase hardware and software.  Clients use
Astadia services to integrate and customize various third-party SaaS solutions
