                             Customer Base
NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--DataSynapse, Inc., the global provider of real-time infrastructure
software, today announced that it experienced another solid year of
growth in 2007, as it increased its sales year-over-year by more than
50 percent, while making significant additions to its product
portfolio, executive leadership team and customer roster.

"For a company to remain successful in the rapidly evolving
virtualization and real-time infrastructure markets, it has to be
continuously listening to its customers, watching industry
developments and refining its own technology," said Dan Kusnetzky,
president and principal analyst, Kusnetzky Group LLC. "Since its
inception, DataSynapse has taken all the right steps in building and
aligning its technology with the needs of the market."

According to IDC, the virtualization market will grow to $11.7
billion by 2011 as businesses turn to the technology to address data
center issues. In preparation for continued market growth in 2008 and
beyond, DataSynapse strengthened its executive management in 2007 and
deepened its alliance roster. Expanding its global presence,
DataSynapse teamed with more companies throughout Asia and Europe to
complement its 13-country customer base. DataSynapse also announced
significant enhancements to one of its flagship solutions and
introduced the first commercial product that provides visibility and
analytics for virtualization infrastructures.

"With a large global base of partners and clients and an expanded
product portfolio, DataSynapse is well positioned to continue enabling
enterprises to capitalize on the promise of application virtualization
and better align IT with business growth," said Peter Lee, CEO and
co-founder, DataSynapse. "We look forward to delivering on the promise
of real-time infrastructure so that companies in a wide range of
markets can run their IT infrastructures in real time like their
businesses."

Notable corporate highlights in 2007 included:

   Product Innovation

The company announced its GridServer(R) 5.0 software, the first
product to offer mega-grid capabilities for grids of up to 20,000
nodes. The software answers the call for improved global
administration, including seamless integration with enterprise
authorization frameworks and role-based security policies that allow
organizations to protect application integrity in a distributed
environment. DataSynapse also launched its VersaVision(TM) software, a
business-level reporting and analytics platform that measures service
level for user experience, cost, utilization and performance.

   Strengthened Executive Team

In support of its global expansion, DataSynapse strengthened its
executive leadership team by appointing Alun Baker as senior vice
president and managing director for EMEA. Also, co-founder and CTO
Jamie Bernardin has taken on more executive leadership
responsibilities and been appointed president of DataSynapse.

   Recognized Customer Success

DataSynapse announced successful implementations with new
customers, most notably UniCredit, one of Europe's largest banking and
financial services companies, and LexisNexis(R) Applied Discovery
Inc., a leading provider of Applied Discovery(R) electronic discovery
services to the nation's top law firms and corporations. This year
also ushered in DataSynapse's inaugural user conference, ALIGN 2007,
which brought company executives together with customers, partners and
industry experts to discuss real-time infrastructure strategies.

   Partner Momentum

With explosive growth in the virtualization space, DataSynapse
joined forces with additional systems vendors, ISVs and systems
integrators. Some of DataSynapse's 2007 strategic alliances included
Capgemini, Evident Software, ISID, KCI, Longview Solutions, OpTier(TM)
and Pricing Partners.

DataSynapse continued to be recognized for its industry
leadership, innovative technology and business achievement. In 2007
alone, DataSynapse and its customers won industry awards with Always
On, Banking Technology, Computerworld, Financial-i, Inc., Information
Age, InfoWorld and Network World. DataSynapse was also honored by
