Lifetime Brands to Report Third-Quarter 2009 Results on Thursday, November 5, 2009

Lifetime Brands, Inc. (Nasdaq NM:LCUT), North America's leading resource for

its third-quarter 2009 results before the market opens on Thursday, November 5,
2009. The Company has scheduled a conference call for 11:00 a.m. ET on the same
day.

will also be available through November 12, 2009 and can be accessed by dialing
