DCT Industrial Trust(R) Leases 325,000 Square Feet in Nashville Market

DENVER, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DCT Industrial Trust® (NYSE: DCT), a
leading industrial real estate investment trust, today announced that it has
leased an entire 325,000 square foot bulk distribution building in Mt. Juliet,
Tenn. to OHL, a leading provider of supply chain management and logistics
solutions for companies worldwide. 

"Working with DCT enabled us to quickly expand into Wilson County," commented
Bob Spieth, President of Contract Logistics for OHL.  "The Nashville
metropolitan area is a key region for our business and the building provides
an ideal layout and infrastructure for our customers' needs."

Vice President and Regional Director of Leasing for DCT Industrial.  "They
occupy 1.1 million square feet across five markets within the DCT network of
