Leventhal Consulting Opens for Business

Mon Jan 5, 2009 9:05am EST
WASHINGTON, Jan. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Leventhal Consulting,
www.leventhalconsulting.net, a high-end consulting service focused on
assisting lawyers to lose weight, opened today in Washington, DC. Leventhal
Consulting takes a one-on-one personalized approach, and works with clients
over the phone, through e-mail, and in Leventhal Consulting's Washington, DC,
office.

The approach of Leventhal Consulting consists of four elements: (a)
Customized and individualized plans; (b) advice, suggestions, hints, and ideas
from a fellow attorney, Mark Leventhal, Esq., who lost over 50 pounds while
practicing international trade law in Washington, D.C.; (c) daily support and
motivation via phone and e-mail; and (d) personal accountability.

"The individualized, personalized approach is key. We realize what one client
finds very helpful and useful, another client finds stupid and worthless. So,
we work differently with each client. Further, we work differently with the
same client from week to week, even day to day. It's an evolutionary and
educational process," said the Founder and President of Leventhal Consulting,
Mark Leventhal, Esq. "Yes, it is very labor intensive on our part," added
Leventhal.

Examples of what Leventhal Consulting does to help clients succeed, include
(a) calling and/or e-mailing clients at certain points of the day; (b)
estimating daily and weekly caloric intake; (c) providing daily and weekly
monitoring of food and alcohol intake; (d) calling restaurants before the fact
to give clients suggestions on what to eat; and (e) calling restaurants after
the fact to assist us in determining how many calories clients may have
consumed. "Nothing is off-limits, however. We do whatever it takes to ensure
clients achieve their goals," stated Leventhal.

Mr. Leventhal has run and completed 12 marathons and 15 half marathons. He
has spoken across the country. His healthier lifestyle presentations have
been well received by law firms such as Holland & Knight LLP and Nixon Peabody
LLP, and bar associations such as the Culver/Marina (CA) Bar Association, the
Lorain County (OH) Bar Association, and the Tulsa County Bar Association.

Mr. Leventhal's clients have come from some of the leading law firms in the
United States including Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP;
Troutman Sanders LLP; Reed Smith LLP; Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll LLP;
Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP; Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP; and Kirkland &
Ellis LLP. References are available upon request.
