Communications Advisor

announced that on October 28, 2009, it retained HC International, Inc. ("HCI")
as its strategic investor relations advisor to assist Winner Medical in
broadening its presence in the financial markets while helping investors gain
a better understanding of Winner Medical's core business and financial
attributes. Matthew Hayden, and the HCI team, will be advising the Company in
all facets of public financial communications.
