VIDEO: Vietnam hit by more floods

Nov. 13 - At least 24 people have been killed and eight more are missing in seven provinces across central Vietnam due to flooding.

Tens of thousands of homes have been submerged in the fifth major floods since August, which have inundated roads and railways, damaged crops and spread water-borne diseases.

Deaths this week have raised the regional toll to 332 people, 114 of them since October 26.
