NYMET Holdings Inc. (NYMH) Announces Credit Line Approval

  NEW YORK, NY, Nov 16 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
NYMET Holdings Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NYMH) (www.nymetholdings.com), an
innovative metals and mining company headquartered in Port Jefferson,
N.Y., announced today that NYMET Holdings Inc. has obtained a credit line
approval from a New York based factor and finance company.

    The $900,000 credit line was approved as part of a working agreement for
projects and material purchases associated with NYMET Holdings Inc. and
its subsidiaries.

    The credit line provides NYMET with funds to expand its revenue stream, as
well as execute the company's current business development plan which has
been formulated by management. Additionally, this approval allows NYMET
the ability to factor its Letters of Credit, which NYMET will receive from
clients overseas.
