Bimini Capital Management to Broadcast Third Quarter Earnings Conference Call on the Internet

Bimini Capital Management, Inc. (OTCBB:BMNM) ("Bimini Capital" or the
"Company"), a real estate investment trust (REIT), today announced that it will
provide an online Web simulcast of its third quarter 2009 earnings conference
call on Tuesday, November 10, 2009. The Company will release financial results
for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009, prior to the call. 

The live broadcast of Bimini Capital's earnings conference call will begin at
8:30 a.m. E.T. on Tuesday, November 10. An online replay will be available
approximately two hours following the conclusion of the live broadcast and will
continue for 48 hours. A link to these events will be available at the Company's
