Hacker Industries, Inc. Lends a Helping Hand to Habitat for Humanity

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Dec. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- When Hacker Industries,
Inc. planned its 25th Anniversary Conference in New Orleans, LA, the company
decided to do something that would impact the conference host city.  With
hammers, nails and tools in hand, Hacker Industries, Inc. staff and its
Licensed Applicators from across the United States teamed up with New Orleans
Area Habitat for Humanity to help build homes in New Orleans' Musician's
Village on Wednesday, November 12, 2008.

    "We're proud to give our time and energy to serve Habitat for Humanity and
help rebuild homes in New Orleans," said Kerry Hacker, vice president of
Hacker Industries, Inc.  "Everyone who volunteered -- our employees, Licensed
Applicators, and vendors -- were truly rewarded by the experience."  In 2005,
Hacker Industries, Inc. also raised money for the Salvation Army's Hurricane
Katrina Relief Fund.

the company's 25th Anniversary, but also focused on cutting-edge floor
underlayment and acoustical technologies, newest industry trends, and forward
thinking business models to better serve the needs of the multi-family market.

platform for networking, technical updates, market trends, and new product
introductions.
