Distribution Deal With Indivisual

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 29, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Players Network (OTCBB:PNTV), the
leading Digital Television and Internet Media Network dedicated to Las Vegas
Entertainment and the Gaming Lifestyle, announced today that it has finalized an
agreement with Indivisual to increase global distribution.

"Las Vegas programming has an international appeal," states Scott Schlichter,
President of Dogma Studios, an industry leader in content acquisition and
licensing, that negotiated the deal for the network, "and Players' content is
the highest quality of this genre, making it quite attractive to platforms
seeking to capitalize on this target market."

Indivisual is a content aggregator and distributor with a multitude of major
Internet, IPTV, and cable platforms worldwide, including British Telecom (UK),
Rogers Cable (CA), France Telecom (FR), Veoh (U.S.), MTS Alliance (CA), CityTV
(Russia), Primetel (Cyprus), and other global platforms*. Under the agreement,
content to be distributed includes Players Network's library of over 1500 titles
from the networks three channels: Players Network, Vegas on Demand, and Sexy Sin
City.

The deal between Indivisual and Players Network currently includes revenue
sharing and sponsorship opportunities for international brands, and the parties
foresee a subscription-based model within the next 12 to 18 months. Players
Network's current EU distribution includes over 120 million television homes on
BuzzTV, and with this latest move, the network foresees greater brand awareness
and revenue opportunities on a global scale.
