In the news release, Vonage (NYSE: VG) and AT&T Finalize Settlement,
issued earlier today by Vonage over PR Newswire, we are advised by the company
that the first sentence in the section "About Vonage," should read "Vonage
(NYSE: VG) is a leading provider of digital phone services with 2.5 million
subscriber lines" rather than "2.45 million subscriber lines" as originally
issued inadvertently.

Vonage and AT&T Finalize Settlement
