AUSSIE SOLES(TM) Strengthens Management/Development Team

  NEW YORK, NY, Apr 09 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
 Aussie Soles Group Inc. (OTCBB: AUSE) is pleased to announce the formation
of its "In-House Development Team" led by Industry Veterans Steve Francis
and David Cox. Steve Francis has been appointed to Lead Designer and David Cox
has been appointed as Senior Developer.  The "In-House Development Team" is
completed with Industry Specialists: Jason Shim, Fine Chemical Specialist, and
Tina Dou, Product & Production Services.  All appointments are effective
immediately.  The Team's primary goal will be the development, design,
creation and production of new product lines for Aussie Soles(TM).

    Craig Taplin, Founder and President of Aussie Soles(TM) (OTCBB: AUSE),

    Steve Francis, Lead Designer, joins the Aussie Soles(TM) "In-House
Development
Team" with extensive experience in footwear design.  Mr. Francis was the Lead
Designer for New Balance Athletic Shoes(TM) and the Director of Design for
Wolverine World Wide(TM) (NYSE) (Brands include: CAT(TM), Harley-Davidson(TM)
footwear, Merrell(TM), Patagonia(TM) footwear, Hush Puppies(TM) etc.), and
HI-TEC
Sports(TM). Mr. Francis has industry leading experience in corporate design
management, where he contributed design strategies for seasonal development,
managed
staff and created new shoe collections for the USA and International Markets.

    David Cox, Senior Developer, joins the Aussie Soles(TM) "In-House
Development Team"
with over 30 years of management and shoe-making experience from around the
world.
For the past 17 years, David has been in Asia working with various
high-profile, world-class companies such as:

    Nike Inc.(TM) (NYSE): where Mr. Cox was a product and production technician.
 During
his tenure, Mr. Cox was vital in the set up and organization of the SOTAP
production line at the Nike Development Centre in Taiwan; this was the first
true "lean production" line in Asia.

    HI-TEC Sports Ltd.(TM) (UK & USA): Mr. Cox held the position of Asia-based
country
manager responsible for initial product development through shipping of finished
footwear.

    K SWISS(TM): For more than 10 years, Mr. Cox held the position of Asia-based
Vice President of worldwide sourcing and production for all K Swiss and
associated brands.

    Jason Shim, Fine Chemical Specialist.  With over 21 years' experience Mr.
Shim's technical expertise in EVA manufacturing and specific rubber compounds
will be instrumental in the growth of Aussie Soles(TM) and our goal to become
an Industry leader and innovator in the footwear market. Mr. Shim's experience
with world-class companies includes: HI-TEC Sports(TM): development manager. 
Adidas(TM): Technical and product manager: K SWISS Inc. (TM): 1) Research and
Development, with specific responsibilities relating to cushioning technologies
and EVA & Rubber innovations. 2) Quality Control Director, responsible for
qualitymaintenance and end customer product satisfaction of the company's
footwearproducts.  FINE Chemicals Korea Ltd: Country Manager (India) responsible
for setting
up and making operational the manufacturing unit in India.

    Tina Dou, Product & Production Specialist, joins the Aussie Soles(TM)
"In-House
Development Team" with 16 years of in-depth experience in the footwear
industry specifically in production areas, ensuring tight & effective
control of production requirements.  Ms. Dou's experience is highlighted by
working with international companies: Pegasus(TM) Footwear Ltd: Factory Senior
Manager.  K SWISS Inc. (TM): Responsible for the development of the European
Market Development & Production.
