VIDEO: Ugandan rebels wreak havoc in Congo

Feb. 21 - The Ugandan army is hunting down members of a north Ugandan rebel movement, known as the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA), who have entered Congo.

Attacks on civilians by the LRA have increased as a result of the offensive. Some of those uprooted by the raids on villages say they haven't received any aid.
