VIDEO: Darfur genocide charges possible

Mar. 3 - The International Criminal Court's chief prosecutor says there is strong evidence to charge Sudanese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir.

Bashir was accused in July 2008 by the ICC chief prosecutor of masterminding a campaign of genocide in Darfur. The International Criminal Court (ICC) in the Hague is set to announce whether it will issue an arrest warrant for Bashir, for genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes in Darfur. Penny Tweedie reports.
