True Religion to Open Store in Tanger Outlet Center Riverhead II, Riverhead, NY

VERNON, Calif.--(Business Wire)--True Religion Apparel, Inc. (NASDAQ:TRLG) today announced the
lease signing of its newest premium outlet store at the Tanger Outlet
Center Riverhead II in Riverhead, NY on Long Island. Scheduled to open
in Summer 2008, the 2,500 square-foot True Religion outlet store will
carry men's, women's, and kids denim and other apparel.

   Celebrating its 25th anniversary as one of the country's leading
outlet center companies in 2006, Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Inc.
(NYSE:SKT) operates 35 outlet centers in 23 states coast to coast. The
Riverhead, NY outlet, which draws customers from the New York City
metropolitan area and beyond, features stores such as Saks Off 5th,
Barneys New York, Coach Factory, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Lacoste,
Cole Haan, Juicy Couture, Polo Ralph Lauren and Giorgio Armani.
