entered into negotiations with a major international thin-film solar
manufacturer. The Company expects the negotiations will result in Evolution
being able to offer a variety of additional cutting-edge solar technologies and
solutions to its customers. The negotiations are a direct result of the
Company`s participation in Solar Power International 2009. The convention and
trade show was held in Anaheim, California on October 27th through 29th.
