OnTrace, Ontario's go-to organization for traceability solutions and
information is launching a series of workshops this month for producers
and meat processors.

    "We're taking traceability to producers and meat processors so they can
simply and easily learn how to benefit from traceability," said Brian
Sterling, CEO of OnTrace. "We want to help them understand how to
implement traceability why it is good for their business, and how it can
improve their bottom line. The objective of the workshops is to educate
and offer answers that will work and provide tools to set up your own
traceability system."

    Meat Processors Workshop Schedule

    This one day workshop has been developed for Meat Processors and is being
held in the following locations from 8:00am - 4:00pm including lunch:


Thursday November 12th, 2009 - Jordan
