BGS3 Helps Advance Technology Solution to Expedite Short Sales

Wed Jul 30, 2008 7:02am EDT
LOUISVILLE, Ky., July 30, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- BGS3 announced their
strategic alliance with a real estate software development company to expedite
short sales, a potential solution for homeowners facing foreclosure. BGS3's
co-founder, Kenn Lewis, states, "Gross inefficiency in helping homeowners, on
almost all fronts, is one of the biggest problems aggravating the foreclosure
crisis right now."

To help mitigate the problem, BGS3 has formed a strategic alliance aimed at
using technology to revolutionize the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire
short-sale process. BGS3 has partnered with a specialized real estate software
development company to integrate efficiencies and automation into the short sale
process to help homeowners and banks come to a quicker resolution. BGS3's
co-founder and President, Jeremy Bowman states, "To protect our competitive
advantage, we cannot publish our partner's information or any specific
information on the software system until it is ready to launch. The launch time
will be within the next 60-90 days."

BGS3 has assisted in funding the project, which to date is well in excess of
$500,000. BGS3 is also heavily engaged in the software's creation, particularly
its content, functionality, and features. Dr. Bin Xie, lead software engineer
for the project, states, "BGS3's input has been invaluable to the software's
creation. We have program coders working full time out of BGS3's corporate
office."

The software will connect Realtors, banks, homeowners, homebuyers, mortgage
companies, and title companies and every party will have access to all the
information and documents they need at the click of a button. Woods Davis, VP of
Operations for BGS3 states, "This is just one of the many features of the
software. It will be broad in scope and will contain many features that will
primarily help Realtors and banks manage and organize their entire short sale
business. We look forward to announcing the specific features soon."

BGS3's existing Realtor partners will have unlimited access to the new software
at no additional charge.
