Excellence in Music, Innovation, and Customer Satisfaction Drive
                             Strong Growth
NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--TouchTunes Corporation, the largest out-of-home interactive
entertainment network, announced today that it has installed its
30,000th digital music system. This represents another milestone in
the company's vision to be the leading out-of-home entertainment and
marketing network by working closely with its operator partners and
focusing on innovation, world-class support, and entertainment content
excellence.

For purchasing and installing the 30,000th system, TouchTunes
awarded Louis Miele, president and owner of L&M Music in Williamsport,
Pennsylvania, a commemorative plaque, a signed photo of the hugely
popular band Nickelback, and the album cover art from their latest
effort, "All the Right Reasons."

"TouchTunes has always gone out of its way to treat its operators
like family," said Miele, "which is why I couldn't be happier to help
them celebrate this important milestone. It's very gratifying to work
with a company that offers the best products and great service -- and
which has earned such a solid reputation as the leader in the
industry. That's TouchTunes."

"I am extremely pleased to announce this milestone," said
TouchTunes Corporation President & CEO Art Matin. "This represents an
important achievement for our entire partner network of operators, as
well as for our company. It's rewarding to see that our longstanding
commitment to excellence in service and support, innovation, music
selection, and operator and end-user satisfaction continues to pay off
for all of us."

The pioneer in the digital jukebox industry, TouchTunes recently
expanded opportunities for operator growth with the introduction of
the TouchTunes PlayPorTT(TM), a revolutionary, flat screen, portable,
wireless game and music system for restaurants, bars, clubs, and other
entertainment centers. The TouchTunes PlayPorTT(TM) provides easy
access and a more entertaining experience for customers, wherever they
happen to be in a bar or restaurant.

With its leading network, TouchTunes also offers its operators new
opportunities to increase traffic and revenue through music
promotions, advertising and other marketing initiatives. TouchTunes
recently partnered with Columbia Records for a promotion of
award-winning recording artist Wyclef Jean's latest album, "Carnival
Vol. II: Memoirs of an Immigrant." The album was released across the
TouchTunes interactive entertainment network one week prior to the
album's official on-sale date. The promotion also featured a series of
special listening parties at selected TouchTunes locations across the
country, culminating in a special appearance by Wyclef himself.

"The program with Columbia Records and Wyclef demonstrates
TouchTunes' ability to provide music labels, artists and operators
with a variety of promotional tools which have the potential to boost
location sales and album sales. It's also a powerful way to create
excitement via specially designed events," said Matin.

A recent TouchTunes holiday survey appeared in FoxNews, showcasing
the marketing capability of the TouchTunes network. The company's
easy-to-use systems encourage interactivity, which results in a high
rate of participation in surveys and increases involvement in
advertising, which the company takes care to present in a fun,
attractive way. Recent advertising includes the new campaign to
introduce Absolut Pears.

"With a growing network of over 30,000 interactive screens
installed in locations across the country, cutting-edge products such
as the TouchTunes PlayPorTT(TM), and our proven capabilities to
effectively deliver marketing and promotional results, we're confident
that TouchTunes and our operators will continue to see strong growth,"
said Matin.
