Vynamic Unveils New Identity Emphasizing Its People

Two Words -'I Am'- Anchor Firm's Rebranding Initiative

PHILADELPHIA, March 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Vynamic, the Philadelphia management
consulting firm, announced today that it has just completed a major rebranding
initiative that includes the creation of a comprehensive new identity system,
new tagline and positioning statement, and a complete overhaul of its
corporate website (www.vynamic.com).

The initiative, led by Chicago-based Get Stirred Up, a brand-focused
innovation company, is built around the reveal in the company's logo (by use
of contrasting colors) of the words "I" and "Am" that are embedded in the
name, Vynamic. This approach lends sharp focus to the firm's strongest brand
drivers: their people.
"The new logo reinforces the commitment we have to empower our people by
giving them a personal stake in our firm's identity, and in turn, its
reputation," said Dan Calista, Founder and CEO of Vynamic. "'I am my company'
is a coveted statement of pride, of purpose, and of distinction we can claim
in the otherwise transactional industry of management consulting. Emphasizing
this proclamation that was already built into our company's name was
exhilarating and the starting point of a vibrant discussion among our team as
we shaped our new brand together."
In addition to all of the new corporate print collateral, the "I AM
VYNAMIC" statement is tactically highlighted on the company's new website,
where the logo cycles through a series of colors. Also, all team members'
personal profiles highlight their chosen colors, which also appear on their
customized business cards and stationary. Each person selected their color
from a graphic designers' color chart to choose exactly which PMS color they
want for their own, personalized logo; no two colors are the same.
A New Tagline and Positioning Statement
The rebranding process also resulted in the dropping of the word
"Solutions" in the company's identity and the creation of a new tagline for
Vynamic: "Project Leaders. Trusted Partners." As Calista points out, "From the
outset, the initial brand audit -- which included an internal and external
survey among our existing team members, our clients and even our prospective
recruits -- boldly pointed to the fact that we were valued for much more than
just our technical acumen. The overwhelming value proposition that rose to
the top of the audit's findings was that our company's people -- our
character, quality and principles -- is what sets us apart."
