Longwood Software Announces RevBase, New Name for TagTeam Marketing Asset Management Solution

Mon Oct 26, 2009 9:44am EDT
MAYNARD, Mass.--(Business Wire)--
Longwood Software, Inc., developers of the software-as-a-service marketing asset
management system known as TagTeam, announced today that the TagTeam product
name has changed to RevBase (www.revbase.com). This name change reflects
Longwood Software`s ability to secure the RevBase name as a registered
trademark, thereby protecting its product name in the marketplace. The product
itself remains the same.

"Longwood Software has done everything we can to ensure the changeover to the
RevBase product name is smooth and uneventful, and will not impact our
customers," said Scott Richardson, Longwood Software president and CEO. "Most of
our customers re-label the solution to support their own company branding, so
most users won`t notice any change. The name change enables us to do business
with both of our product names, RevBase and ForFile, trademark protected into
the future."

The RevBase marketing asset management solution offers electronic and print
fulfillment capabilities, including a searchable database for marketing assets;
a visual shopping cart for collecting items for distribution; multiple email
delivery modes; and click-through tracking of electronically-fulfilled
materials. RevBase also features customizable Auto Reports and Item Expiration
to alert administrators when items are becoming outdated. RevBase is designed
for "out of the box" use, and requires no technical training, IT support, or
custom development.

ForFile is a web-based service that allows large files to be transferred
electronically. The service is a secure, scalable, reliable alternative to
burning and shipping CDs, or using FTP sites, for transferring files up to 700
MB.
