MyMedicalRecords Offers Privacy Insurance on Personal Health Record and
Virtual EsafeDepositBox Products

CONSUMERS CAN HAVE COMPLETE CONFIDENCE IN THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF MMR
PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL HEALTH RECORDS

LOS ANGELES, March 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MMR Information Systems, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: FVRL), which through its wholly-owned operating
subsidiary, MyMedicalRecords, Inc. (collectively, "MMR") provides
consumer-controlled Personal Health Records ("PHRs")
(www.mymedicalrecords.com) and electronic safe deposit box storage solutions
(www.myesafedepositbox.com), has announced it has secured insurance to help
protect its customers, clients, affiliates, doctors and users from actual loss
or damage up to one million dollars caused by errors in the company's Personal
Health Record system. The underlying policy is written by an insurance company
that is A-rated by A.M. Best.

"We believe we are the first provider of online Personal Health Record or
virtual safe deposit box products to offer this type of protection to our
users," said Robert H. Lorsch, Chairman and CEO of MMR Information Systems,
Inc. "We recognize the sensitive nature of information that is stored in MMR
accounts. This program is our way of demonstrating the confidence we have in
our systems and the underlying technology that supports them."

MMR's products, its MyMedicalRecords PHR, available at
www.mymedicalrecords.com, and virtual Safe Deposit Box, available at
www.myesafedepositbox.com, provide a secure and easy-to-use way to store
medical records and other important documents. Both products are designed so
that the user has 100% control over how they file and manage information in
their account and who they share it with. User accounts are accessible
through unique UserID and password combinations. MMR's proprietary system
disables access to any account after an excessive number of attempts to enter
with an incorrect password. MMR also uses Secure FTP (File Transmission
Protocol) to move information between its telephony platform and a user's
account. All user information is stored in an encrypted format and no customer
service personnel have access to information stored in a user's account.

Information in MMR user accounts is stored in two Tier IV data centers, 100
miles apart, with redundancy down to the power supplies. These Tier IV data
centers have been certified through ongoing SAS 70 reviews. MMR's platforms
are also protected by multiple firewalls. And unlike other Personal Health
Record services that ask users to fax their medical information to customer
service representatives who then place the records into their account, when
using MMR products a user's records go directly into his or her personal
MyMedicalRecords.com or MyEsafeDeposit.com account with no third-party
intervention whatsoever.

Users can only upload information into their MMR account after they have
logged in and are on a secure, encrypted link. Uploaded information is scanned
for viruses prior to storage and potentially dangerous executable and script
files are not allowed. MMR's proprietary system is continually monitored by a
third party service for any weakness and vulnerability.

Coverage under the insurance policy can also extend to MMR's private label
corporate customers who offer the company's products and services to their
employees, clients and affiliate group members. In addition, the coverage
provides protection for patients who sign up for MMR services through their
doctor's office or through MMRPatientView, a feature of MMR Pro that will be
previewed at the upcoming HIMSS09 Conference in Chicago beginning April 5th.

"Privacy groups continue to be concerned about the safety and security of user
data in Personal Health Record accounts," said Lorsch. "We already have
addressed these concerns and now we are going a step beyond by offering this
insurance."

About MMR Information Systems, Inc.

MMR Information Systems, Inc. (formerly Favrille, Inc.), through its
wholly-owned operating subsidiary, MyMedicalRecords, Inc. (collectively,
"MMR"), provides secure and easy-to-use Web-based Personal Health Record (PHR)
and electronic safe deposit box storage solutions, serving consumers,
healthcare professionals, employers, insurance companies, unions and
professional organizations. Seeking to empower individuals and their families
to have greater control over their health and well-being, MMR facilitates
access to medical records and other important documents, such as living wills,
birth certificates, passports, advance directives and insurance policies,
anytime from anywhere using the Internet. MMR's principal product, the
MyMedicalRecords PHR service, accessed through www.mymedicalrecords.com, is
built on proprietary patent-pending technology that enables users to transmit
documents, images and voicemail messages in and out of the MyMedicalRecords
PHR system using a variety of methods, including fax, phone, and file upload
without relying on any specific electronic medical record platform to populate
a user's account. Users and medical providers can fax paper records (such as
laboratory tests, radiology reports and physician's notes), or scanned images
can be uploaded, into a secured personal account, which the user can access
and organize as necessary, including filing particularly sensitive documents
in virtual lockboxes protected by secondary passwords, and designating certain
records as accessible to medical personnel and first responders by way of a
separate Emergency Login. MyMedicalRecords PHR also includes the Cerner
Multum Drug Content database, licensed to MMR from Cerner Corp. (Nasdaq:
CERN). MMR offers its MyEsafeDepositBox service, available at
www.myesafedepositbox.com, which is designed to provide secure online storage
for vital financial, legal and insurance documents in addition to medical
records using the same patent-pending technologies that drive the
MyMedicalRecords PHR service. In its final stages of development, MMR's
MyMedicalRecords Pro service is designed to give physicians' offices a
cost-effective solution to the expensive and time-consuming problem of
digitizing paper-based medical records. MMR clients include AFL-CIO, Alexian
Brothers Hospital Network, Coverdell, MedicAlert, Midwest Research Institute,
Qvisory, XN Financial and others. MMR is also an integrated service provider
on Google Health. Additional information regarding MMR's business and its
products, including trial accounts, is available at www.mymedicalrecords.com
and www.mmrinformationsystems.com. Information on MMR's Websites is not
incorporated by reference into this press release.
