PHILADELPHIA, May 2 /PRNewswire/ -- The Organic Crop Improvement
Association has reviewed Ayala's Herbal Water and has issued its OCIA
International Organic Certification. The new certificate, bearing the USDA
Organic logo, applies to all six Herbal Water(TM) flavors and will make
Ayala's Herbal Water the first nationally available organically certified
enhanced flavored water in the market! "We are very excited to have this
certification," said Herbal Water co-founder Albert Cahana. "We have been very
careful about using only the best ingredients in Ayala's Herbal Water. Our

Ayala's Herbal Water, created by pediatrician Ayala Laufer-Cahana, is a
delicious all natural water flavored with herbs that has become a sensation in
the beverage industry. The six sophisticated flavors have been featured in
Prevention magazine and have garnered numerous awards ranging from the "Trail
Blazer" award from Grocery Headquarters Magazine to "Editor's Pick" from
Natural Products magazine.
Part of Ayala's appeal lies is the fact that it has zero calories, zero
artificial additives and zero preservatives. At the same time the culinary
herb infusions give each beverage a marvelous bouquet and flavors that aren't
found in other products. Available in six refreshingly unique varieties --
Cinnamon Orange Peel, Lemongrass Mint Vanilla, Jasmine Vanilla, Lavender Mint
Lemongrass Thyme, Cloves Cardamom Cinnamon, and Ginger Lemon Peel -- Ayala's
evokes happy feelings, like a breeze in a sunny garden.
"Our customers are interested in their health and well being. They know
that organic products benefit their bodies and the planet," commented Ayala.
"I'm proud that we have taken so much care in creating our herbal water and
I'm delighted that we have earned the organic certificate for our efforts."
Launched originally in Philadelphia, Ayala's is now available from New
York to Virginia and California too. The company is working to expand to
cities across the country. Noted Ayala, "The response we've had from people
across the country for Ayala's Herbal Water has just been phenomenal.
Consumers everywhere should look for Ayala's Herbal Water in their city soon
or visit www.herbalwater.com to order online."
