Trustmark Mutual Holding Company (Trustmark) has acquired Health
Contact Partners, a privately held company in Wheeling, Ill.,
specializing in contact and call center services to the healthcare
industry. Health Contact Partners will operate as a stand-alone
subsidiary of Trustmark.
Founded in 2001, Health Contact Partners is a URAC-accredited
health call center providing service to more than 2 million members.
It provides telephonic and live chat services, including a 24/7 nurse
line, health and member advocacy, customer service, and disease
management enrollment services. In addition, Health Contact Partners
provides online services that include a consumer health portal -
www.healthyliving247.com.
